This article could definitely use more of a depth of resources, throughout all the listed topics. It would be interesting to expand upon how the geographical history relates to the actual history of the people, how it developed various cultural aspects of the Ch'ol people. The history is very abrupt and only relates to the history of the Ch'ol people in Mexican history. It would be valuable to explore the history of the Ch'ol people farther back into mayan history. The food and culture section is also very brief, explain more about religion. In what other ways has christianity been altered to fit the culture of the Ch'ol people than the one mentioned? Also more in depth on different cultural practices which are unique to them and what they do day to day, only briefly mentioned how some make an income. Expand upon the history of education, recent developments, has it changed in any way? Improved? Remained stagnant?
