The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba opened on November 22, 2013.[1] The general manager is Roberto Grisi.

Community support

Marriott International now has a total of five hotels. These include the Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino, Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, Marriott Aruba Ocean Club, Marriott Aruba Surf Club and the Ritz-Carlton.[1] Approximately 90 percent of the Ritz-Carlton’s 450 staffers are locals. [2]

In tandem with the opening of the hotel, Marriott International announced its island-wide program to launch an environmental curriculum in Aruba’s primary schools.[1]

  • The Ritz-Carton, Aruba was ranked in the Conde Nast Traveler Hot List 2014 as one of the best Family Friendly Hotels. [4]
