Fake Reaction was a British television panel game shown on ITV2 that ran for two series from 3 January 2013 to 6 March 2014[1][2] presented by Matt Edmondson with regular team captains Joe Swash and Ellie Taylor.[3]

Production

A pilot edition was recorded in April 2012 for BBC Three, however the show was picked up by ITV2 for an eight episode run from 3 January 2013.[4] A second series of ten episodes began production in late 2013, and premiered on 2 January 2014.[5]

On 3 September 2014, Edmondson revealed that the programme had been axed after two series.[6]

Hot Meat

The games tester is demonstrated and invented by Matt Ralph also known as Hot Meat.

Gameplay

The Games were played by a Team, Head To Head & Single player modes such as bird's food of worms, Can-Can dancers with bungee cords, Baking bums in a bum-off competition & eating crappy pizzas.

Scoring & Winning

The team will make thier decisions to spot the guests, captains or number to fake reactions, if the team guessed correctly while the guest fails to fake reaction the team win the points but if the team guessed incorrectly while the guest completes to fake reaction the other team wins the points, after the final game Ellie Or Joe's team is the winners of the grand fakers at the end of the show or the series.
