Cloud 9 Adventures' is a provider of reservations, travel services, marketing, consulting, and brand management for destination music events.
The company specializes in planning, promoting, and executing multi-day music events on fully chartered luxury cruise ships and at all-inclusive resorts. Cloud 9 Adventures services range from consulting on new events, working with preferred vendors, facilitating international logistics and being a fully licensed travel service provider to handle all event sales and reservations. The Cloud 9 Adventures ethos is modeled around luxury concert vacations.
The company was founded in 2002 and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Cloud 9 Adventures' music cruises leave out of Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and most recently out of PortMiami in Miami, Florida. Current and past destination music events have been located in at all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic. The Cloud 9 Adventures event season typically runs from December until late February or early March. The company is partnered with The Bowery Presents for their events. For the EDM-based music cruise known as Holy Ship!, Cloud 9 Adventures is partnered with both Hard and The Bowery Presents[1]. The travel department of Cloud 9 Adventures handles around 20,000 reservations per event season.

'Jam Cruise'
Jam Cruise is an annual five-day music vacation held aboard a 3,500 capacity luxury cruise ship, expanding across the musical genres of jam, funk, rock, jazz, and electronic with 30+ bands and a multitude of special guests. In addition to music performances, the event hosts workshops, activities, and programs with artists’ involvement throughout the duration of the event. The event will be entering it's 14th sailing in January, 2016.
Holy Ship!
Holy Ship! is an annual three-night, four-day electronic dance music festival held aboard a 4,000 capacity cruise ship. 2016 will mark the event's fifth year, and the second year of expanding into two sailings. The event leaves out of PortMiami in Miami, FL and travels to the Bahamas, with both a port stop in Nassau and another stop on a private island before arriving back to Miami. Cloud 9 is partnered on this event with music promotion companies HARD and The Bowery Presents.[2]
Dominican Holidaze
In collaboration with The Disco Biscuits, Umphrey's McGee, and Sound Tribe Sector 9, 2015 will mark the 9th version of this event.[3] The event originally began in 2007 in Jamaica as Caribbean Holidaze. It then moved to Mexico under the name Mayan Holidaze. 2014 marks the first year it was held Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, at Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa. Past artists added to the lineups include Lotus, Big Gigantic, The New Deal, Papadosio, The Polish Ambassador, Cherub, Poolside, and Michal Menert.

Strings & Sol
Strings & Sol is a bluegrass music vacation held at Now Sapphire Riviera Cancun Resort in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. Now venturing into its fourth year, the event lineup typically features Yonder Mountain String Band, Leftover Salmon, Railroad Earth, Greensky Bluegrass, and other artists such as The Infamous Stringdusters, Keller Williams, The Travelin' McCourys, and Sam Bush, depending on the lineup that year.
Panic en la Playa
Now on it's fifth year, Cloud 9 Adventures produces this event with american rock band Widespread Panic. The event began in 2012 at Now Sapphire Resort in Puerto Moreles, Mexico. The next three years, Panic en la Playa Dos, Panic en la Playa Tres, and Panic en la Playa Cuatro were held in the Dominican Republic at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Punta Cana. Additional artists added to the lineup are Dirty Dozen Brass Band and the "Playa Allstars", a special group created for the event late night consisting of members such as Col Bruce Hampton, George Porter Jr. Ivan Neville, Nikki Glaspie, Randall Bramblet, and Grant Green Jr..
One Big Holiday
In collaboration with My Morning Jacket, Cloud 9 Adventures brings this event to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The 2015 event marks the second time they have produced this event. Past artists included in the lineup are Band of Horses, The Flaming Lips, Dr. Dog, War on Drugs, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Dawes, and Sylvan Esso[4].
