Igor Kim (born 12 January 1966 in Ushtobe, Almaty Region, Kazakh SSR) — is a Russian businessman and banker who is the major shareholder in ExpoBank (68.6022% stake), Orient Express Bank, D2 Insurance and Expo Capital bank in RUssia, as well 100% of AS ExpoBank in Latvia. Igor Kim also owns the Food Master chain of regional restaurants and approximately 40,000 sq m of commercial real-estate in Novosibirsk. His wealth was estimated by Russian Forbes at USD 460 million in 2013^[1]
