Joseph Tsai is a Canadian businessman, vice chairman of Alibaba Group.

Early life

Joseph Tsai was born in Taiwan. He has undergraduate and law degrees from Yale University.[1]

Career

According to Forbes, he has an estimated net worth of $7.4 billion in March 2015.[1]

Personal life

He is married to Clara Ming-Hua Wu, a granddaughter of Wu San-Lien, the former mayor of Taipei City. Clara graduated from Stanford University where she studied international relations, she also had an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. She is currently an advisor for Taobao. Tsai and Wu have three children.[1]
