Kevin Cunningham is a boxing trainer [1] that started the police boxing program in 1991, originally a police officer.

His is credited for bringing up boxing world champions Cory Spinks [2], Devon Alexander [3], David Diaz [4] & Amateur boxing champion Stephen Shaw [5]

Kevin Started his career in police [6] in St. Louis Eighth District, ending his police career as narcotics detective [7]

Kevin run with Cory Spinks started at 1995, winning championships in two weight classes (Welterweight & Super Welterweight), including the Undisputed Welterweight title vs Ricardo Mayorga in December 2013 [8]

David Diaz

Kevin trained David Diaz going into his win vs established world champion Erik Morales [9]

Devon Alexander

Kevin started Devon as a child, winning boxing championships in two divisions [10]
