There is an obvious inconsistency between the 'Facts' section and the 'Judgement' section, as regards whether the plaintiff would have bought the bonds if he had know that they carried no security over the defendants assets. 86.17.152.168 (talk) 13:06, 22 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
