Vavrek Regarding Tryad

. greetings jaaron .

vavrek of tryad here .

thanks so much for your work with the tryad wikipedia entry .

wanted to let you know that tryad was the first independent apple itunes lp release . : .

http://www.macobserver.com/tmo/article/listen_by_tryad_first_non-apple_itunes_lp_release/

this would probably assist with the entry and our 'notability' .

in addition, i was interviewed on the 'music manumit' podcast regarding our open creative commons musical creation process . : .

http://www.musicmanumit.com/2013/07/tryad-130714-music-manumit-podcast.html

please consider allowing the tryad entry to remain . we have many growing fans around the world . our music has broadcast on a number of television networks including pbs and cnn . : .

thanks so much !

Hello from Kinee123

Hello Jaaron,

you recently declined my submission on Schnitzel Records Ltd. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Schnitzel_Records_Ltd. I would like to know why this was as everything was referenced using independent, verifiable sources (online music journalism). I expressed no opinion in my article nor did I misrepresent anything. Please be kind enough to help me improve my article. thank you, kieran Kinee123 (talk) 11:02, 15 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Kinee123: Thank you for your contributions here in Wiki. To establish notability the sources should not only be secondary and reliable, but also should cover the subject in detail. Just a mere mention is insufficient. Adding to that, press releases, reviews, etc, are not considered to establish notability. See, notability for corporations and company, reliable sources. Hello from FarhanRoots1

Hello @FarhanRoots1: Thank you for your contributions here and I hope you will stay. I sure can help you. In Wikipedia, articles about anything whatsoever must pass what is called 'notability guidelines'. In short anything must be notable to warrant an article. Please go through all the links in the welcome message I've left in your talk page. Before creating an article, I'd suggest you to edit existing articles citing reliable sources. However, if you want to create an article, please create it via the article wizard, which will guide you on your article creation. Feel free to leave a message and I'll try to answer you ASAP. Hello from Vgad

This is regarding article recently rejected by you on Murzban F. Shroff (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Murzban_F_Shroff). I have added numerous references as suggested by you, and also added more information. Could you look through it and let me know if it's okay, so that I can resubmit?

I have recently reduced my professional workload and am keen on contributing material to Wikipedia, since I have free time to devote to this community project. Over the years I have occasionally added info to articles on Wikipedia, but this is my first attempt at creating a new article. Any further guidance would be appreciated. Vgad (talk) 12:50, 16 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Vgad: Thank you for your interest in Wikipedia. Unfortunately I lack the time required to go through your article & references. So, I suggest you to kindly submit the article for review, which will be reviewed by some other editors. I regret for the inconvenience caused. Howard sterns staff

Hi, your removal of the edit under Howard Stern doesn't make sense... Please read the sentence as it it now: "Howard Stern is host, which is a discussion...." --how does that make any sense? 'Which is' what is?? My edit made it work in English. Kikedits (talk) 17:03, 17 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there @Krishna Chaitanya Velaga: Glad you liked my page.. The page design is a mix of a variety of templates, wikicodes, html, etc,. You can add userboxes, which speaks on you behalf, add topicons the small little icons on the top right and many more. You'll get more familiar with these stuff in the course of time.. Go to other user's pages, read the source code and explore!! You can also visit The user page design center, to help you create a great userpage. Hope you enjoy being here.. On a lighter note, kindly leave a brief edit summary after editing an article so as to tell other editors why have you made that change and it'll help you from being reverted often! Happy editing. --JAaron95 Talk 11:24, 22 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello from Lawrence Hirst

Hi Jaaron95, I would like some advice please. I wish to write a new page on a surgical procedure which I have pioneered and which can be referenced by at least 5 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals. As I read it, this would probably make it acceptable as a new page especially as it is currently not referred to at all. Could you please confirm that this is likely to be the case before I spend a lot of time on creating the new page? Secondly I have trademarked the new procedure and so the name of the procedure is registered. It is there for anyone to learn and use...there is no patent. However, if I refer to the procedure by its trademarked name then I would need to put a registered symbol next to the name...is this acceptable?

I appreciate your advice. Regards
