Rodgers Forge Elementary School is a Baltimore County, Maryland elementary school, located in the Rodgers Forge neighborhood.
History
Rodgers Forge Elementary School was founded and enrolled its first students in 1952.[1]
Achievements
Rodgers Forge Elementary School is widely considered as among the most prestigious public schools in Maryland. In 2012, Rodgers Forge Elementary School was one of the only two Maryland elementary schools with 100 percent passing rates on Maryland School Assessments[2]
Since 2004, Rodgers Forge Elementary School has received wide media coverage for its alumnus, Olympic swimming champion Michael Phelps.
