I've filed for mediation; Please understand, I know my rights are not final in this matter and the public has the right to know, but this is an obvious falsehood being perpetrated, probably by editor's error, and a disservice to the Jews who suffered as well as anyone making claims under the Reparations Laws of Germany. You must know that anything false will simply damage a case at law immeasurably, and this is a false picture of my father Alfred de Grazia, though it may be a true picture of some other American soldier at Aushwitz that can be supported by descendants.
