If I had written these verses in Russia, I would have been prosecuted for extremism under Article 282 of the Russian Federation’s Criminal Code and then I would have been sent to the Serbsky Center for psychiatric examination. If you had written verses about blowing up the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center and had stated that they had been blown up by US government, you would have been prosecuted under US law, too. In great countries, no one likes the truth. Psychiatrick (talk) 03:04, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

But was not my verse true? I thought that was a decent piece of poetry dedicated to Politkovskaya and inspired by Tsvetaeva (see here). I also wrote there that

My very best wishes (talk) 14:23, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

And the same could be said about Tsvetaeva. Interesting, the student's thesis by Politkovskaya was about the poetry by Marina Tsvetaeva. Yes, I have written something related to Twin Towers (and to blowing up buildings in Moscow):

Уже стучит домов упавших дрожь,
Как первый гром всемирного распада,
И вышел Страх, и воцарилась Ложь,
Открыв ворота призракам из ада.

Они взлетели и пируют вновь,
Разбуженные тундры голосами,
Где затхлый газ и нефти черной кровь
Рождает чудищ с мертвыми глазами...

I am not familiar with US poetry, but one can imagine that a lot has been written on the subject of 9/11. No one was arrested for this. My very best wishes (talk) 17:04, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
But was not my verse true? It will be true if Koschei is taken to International Criminal Court. Get him first. I suppose US and EU are countries that he is afraid of. Psychiatrick (talk) 18:32, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
What court? I am not a lawyer. This is poetry. Yes, in the verse above I talked about Koschei. This is merely a reincarnation of evil. If you recognized someone, this is up to you. My very best wishes (talk) 18:44, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
If I were in Putin’s shoes, I would start “peaceful coexistence” with the West from the construction of the Bering Strait crossing to send Russian tanks, nukes and multiple rocket launchers to Alaska, which is historically a part of Russia. Russia must be closer to the USA to maintain friendship between our peoples. Psychiatrick (talk) 06:04, 26 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, I know:

(by Maximilian Voloshin)

Which also brings poetry by Sasha Chorny ("Не он один - кастрат ума, и сердца, и души, Долбит: „веревка и тюрьма, бей насмерть и души“. Нo страшно то, что этот крик как лом по нервам бьет, и то, что вырезан язык, и то, что хам идет“) and by Joseph Brodsky - please listen this.My very best wishes (talk) 12:25, 26 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Now, speaking more about Koshei, I think he has been well described by Alexander Pushkin:

Немногим, может быть, известно,
Что дух его неукротим,
Что рад и честно и бесчестно
Вредить он недругам своим,
Что ни единой он обиды
С тех пор, как жив, не забывал,
Что далеко преступны виды
Старик надменный простирал;

. My very best wishes (talk) 13:06, 26 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

And even by Mikhail Lomonosov:

Никто не уповай во веки
На тщетну власть князей земных:
Их те ж родили человеки,
И нет спасения от них.

I made a bad joke and felt ashamed of the joke. I am rather embarrassed of the current external policy of Russia. Psychiatrick (talk) 04:48, 27 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
No problem; it was nice talking to you. My very best wishes (talk) 14:11, 27 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Reverting for no good reason

So, after I took quite some time to improve an article that was in a poor state, you undid all my work with a click of a button, leaving only the summary "rv - although currently unsourced, the content is technically correct". Clearly, you have no idea what constitutes encyclopaedic quality. Clearly, you just thought it would be fun to piss someone off. Did you find it immensely fun? Did you laugh a lot to yourself at the thought of the time of mine that you'd wasted? Did you chuckle for ages at the idiocy you forced into the article? Let's just look at the first few changes I made, that you delighted yourself by undoing.

  • Self-arrest refers to various maneuvers employed in mountaineering
    • It doesn't "refer" to that; it is that. You want to say "Paris refers to the capital city of France" or "Nile refers to a river that flows into the Mediterranean"?
  • sliding down a snow or ice covered slope arrests (stops) the slide
    • You think readers are too stupid to understand what "arrests" means in this context?
  • himself or herself
    • You think the single word "themselves" is some how better expressed in three words?
  • and/or ice axe
  • These potentially life-saving techniques must be practiced frequently in order to maintain proficiency
    • This website is called wikipedia, not wikimanual. But you never bothered to read WP:NOT, did you?

That's five, I made many more, I left the article looking considerably better and more encyclopaedic, but then you came along and fucked it all back up again. Do you feel proud? 186.9.130.34 (talk) 04:42, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
