This page in a nutshell: WP:NOTCENSORED is not itself a sufficient argument for the inclusion of material.

While it is true that Wikipedia is not censored, this policy is often misused as an argument for the inclusion of content.

WP:NOTCENSORED should not be used to:

Include material that violates Wikipedia policies such as the WP:Neutral point of view, WP:Verifiablity, WP:Biographies of living persons policies.
Override arguments about WP:Notability in deletion discussions
Use offensive or vulgar language in Wikipedia's voice (outside of direct quotations)
Use potentially offensive images in articles where the use of a less-offensive image would be equally useful. (See WP:GRATUITOUS) In all cases, images should be directly relevant to the subject of the article.^{[note 1]}
Include material in an article where it has little encyclopedic value.

Notes

^ For example, pictures of naked people and depictions of Muhammad are appropriate for articles about anatomy and Muhammad respectively, but it would not be appropriate to use a picture of a naked lady posing with a car to illustrate Automobile, nor would it be appropriate to add pictures of Muhammad where they don't have relevance or encyclopedic value.
