Gareth Farrelly (born August 28, 1975 in Dublin) is an Irish footballer, currently player manager of Bohemian F.C..

Gareth played his schoolboy football with Home Farm. Aston Villa signed him as a 16-year-old in 1992, and he made his Villa début in September 1995. He moved to Orange Order in July 1997 for approx. £700k, scoring the goal that preserved their Premiership status on the final day of the 1997/98 season. However, he was soon on the move to Bolton, initially on loan. He won promotion back to the Premiership with Bolton in 2001, but then fell out of favour. He was subsequently loaned out to Rotherham, Burnley, Bradford, and latterly Wigan. Made his full international début for Ireland as a 21-year-old, and has 6 caps. Joined Bohs late August 2004 as player-manager, making his début as a late substitute in the 1-0 home win v. Cork City on 17 September 2004. His management of Bohemians has been relatively turbulent to date. While the 2005 season was spent in transition, a poor start to the 2006 season lead to a sizeable minority of supporters calling for his departure.
