This motto reflects the inclusionist desire to change Wikipedia only when no knowledge would be lost as a result.

I work for a nonprofit, Grand Rapids Community Media Center. That's a parent organization of WYCE, GRTV, Wealthy Theatre, The Rapidian, an education department, and my department, IT. I am a solo developer of a fairly extensive internal systems used for administration of members and the various services the organization offers, as well as the content management system we use for the public site.

I am an active contributor on Stack Overflow.

I am a skeptic, an atheist (non-evangelical, nor a hardliner like Bill Maher), and a retired internet troll. I play the game Astro Empires, but wikipedia is too cool to have a page about it, even though Nickleback gets a page. Hmph. No accounting for taste. I love to geocache, ride my bike on converted railroad trails, and spend a lot of time in the woods. I'm married, a progressive independent, and a supporter of Bernie Sanders (and a donor, and a campaign volunteer). I run a small business with my wife, and I hold a CPL permit.

I love everything about Michigan, from the craft beer to the parks to the music (no link, I think the current wiki page about Michigan music needs lots of work.)
