Mouma Das (Template:Lang-bn) "Sports Officer of Oil India Ltd" "Olympian & Arjuna Awardee"(born 24 February 1984) is a table-tennis player from West Bengal, India. She was born and brought up in Kolkata.

The "Little Golden Girl" of Indian Table Tennis, Mouma Das was born on 24 February 1984 in Kolkata. She was very naughty in her childhood. She started to play table tennis when she was nine years old. Her father's name Mr Asit Kumar Das and mother Mrs Rita Das supported her since the starting time of her career. Uncle Mr Dilip Das was the first coach of her career.

She start practicing in local club Narkel Danga Sadharan Samity trained under Mr Jayanta Pushilal. She started performing from her first tournament as champion when she was just nine years old. In 1997 she participated her first International Tournament Commonwealth Championship - she played to the quarterfinal's in single's.She performed very well in all International Tournaments. National coach Bhawani Mukherji and other Foreign coaches support her. At Senior National level she is 5 times National Champion and 5 times runner up in Senior National Championship's Women singles. She played total 44 finals,won total 29 Gold with 7 times Gold Hat-trick in Senior Nationals Table Tennis. Now she practice under Avijit Roychowdhury and guided by Peter Engel. Her traumatizing super fast flat shot give a scare to even the world's best players.

The "Little Golden Girl" won more than 150 State, National & International Medals, more than 100 Gold Medals in District,State,Institutional,National & International Championships.

She is the only Indian Table Tennis Player who participated 14 times (RECORD AS INDIAN Table Tennis PLAYER) in World Table Tennis Championship.

She won 13 Commonwealth Medals (In Commonwealth TT Championship & Commonwealth Games).

She won twice 3 Gold in International Games.(2 times Gold Hat-trick in International Games - 2004 & 2006)

She won medals in All four events in 19th Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship'2013 as an Indian Woman Table Tennis Player.
