Impellam Group plc [1] traded on the AIM ("IPEL") is the 2nd largest staffing business in the UK and the 12th worldwide. Impellam are providers of Managed Services and Specialist Staffing expertise across the UK, North America, Asia Pacific, and mainland Europe. Though a network of 19 brands, they provide candidates with jobs at all levels, including doctors, lawyers, accountants, nurses, teachers, scientists, receptionists, drivers, chefs, administrators, engineers, cleaners, security guards, and manufacturing and warehouse operatives.

They employ over 2,750 managers and consultants across over 234 international offices and place over 73,500 skilled people into work each week across a wide range of industries.

History

Impellam Group was formed in May 2008.[2]

2014: - Acquired Career Teachers - Acquired Lorien Limited, a UK-based technology staffing firm, for an initial cash consideration of £22.3 million and £7.5 million in new ordinary shares.

2015: Acquisition of Bartech Holding Corporation and Trading
