affirmative action change

hi, unfortunately i dont have the time at the moment to learn how the citation system of wikipedia works, i dont have the time to look for a decent source and my english isnt that great, too. i simply wanted to delete parts of the article that are complete nonsense. its nonsense because the whole paragraph is about an idea that was scrapped again right away and really has nothing to do with the german school system. this also makes it difficult to find relevant sources because of its complete irrelevance. a lottery can be used if there's not enough space at a particular, very popular school. other than that, the parents can decide what school their children will visit no matter the grades (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lehrerempfehlung). noone in germany probably even remembers anything about that discussion back in 2009 and it doesnt represent anything meaningful whatsoever. 89.13.149.69 (talk) 18:54, 2 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
