Sajids was an Islamic dynasty that ruled in the northern part of modern Iran in 879 until 942.

In the second half of 9th century as a result of weakening of central authority of Abbasid Khalifate, Muhammad Ibn Abu-Saj was able to form an independent state, however the dynasty was not able to assert complete political authority independent of the Khalifate.
