The New Zealand budget for fiscal year 2015/16 will be presented to the New Zealand House of Representatives by Finance Minister Bill English on 26 May 2015.[1] It will be the eighth budget English has presented as Minister of Finance, and the eighth budget of the Fifth National Government.

Health

  • $39 million extra funding in 2016/17 $124 million over four years to increase Pharmac's annual pharmaceutical budget. The funding was pre-announced on 4 May 2016 by Prime Minister John Key and Health Minister Jonathan Coleman.[2]
