Having read the Wikipedia guidelines on conflict of interest , any editors should declare any interest in the subject matter, so I have a COI in that I'm a consultant doing freelance work for the NGO Global Canopy Programme (GCP), which is one of the five organisations that published one reference used in the article. However, I've used over 25 references with no connection to GCP; covered the risks and barriers; aimed to be neutral and encyclopedic, as per editorial guidelines; and the intention is just to kick the page off then see where others take it. Furthermore, the 'paid editors' guidance is clearly for those being paid 'by the subject of an article': GCP is not the subject of this article, so I am hoping this level of COI is acceptable. However, advice from experienced Wikipedians is welcome!Hazel Gough (talk) 13:19, 1 June 2016 (UTC)
In terms of the second submission, I've tried to address all the reveiwer's comments. It is tricky to get the balance right between responding to the question of 'why is integrated landscape management important?' (I added in the quotations from UNEP and the CBD for this) while also doing my best to fulfil the request to be more neutral. I hope I have got the right balance - if not, I would very much appreciate any more specific suggestions on how to achieve this. Hazel Gough (talk) 09:43, 14 June 2016 (UTC)
