Plena Manlibro de Esperanta Gramatiko (PMEG, [Complete Manual of Esperanto Grammar] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) is a book, which explains Esperanto grammar in an easy-to-learn format. It was mostly written by Bertilo Wennergren[1] and is for ordinary Esperanto speakers who want to study Esperanto's grammar, word construction, writing and pronunciation.

It does not use traditional grammatical terminology, which makes it easier to understand than traditional grammar textbooks. One example is the "O-vorto" ([O-word] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) instead of "substantivo" ([noun, substantive] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) or "rolvorteto" ([little role word] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) instead of "prepozicio" ([preposition] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)). These new grammatical terms are also more suitable to describe Esperanto than traditional terms. For example, using traditional terminology, the words "tiu" ([that one] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)), "ambaŭ" ([both] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) and "ties" ([that one's] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) would be adjectives, but they behave very differently to the adjectives ending in "a"; the word "A-vorto" ([A-word] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) groups words that behave similarly together.[2]

This is mainly a practical guide and not really a theoretical work for linguists like the Plena Analiza Gramatiko ([Complete Analytical Grammar] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)).

From 1995 until 2016, it existed only on the Internet;[3] starting in 2006, the printed version is also available for purchase, published by Esperanto-USA.

Only Wennergren is responsible for PMEG's contents, but many other people helped with the making of this book.
