Aalvar (2006) is a forthcoming Tamil project directed by Chella. The film stars Ajith and Asin in the lead roles. This will be the second project that the couple will be in after the blockbuster God Father. The plot is of romantic thriller genre. The film is scheduled for Deepavali release in October 2006.
Plot
Ajith appears as the resident of the mansion. He is a man who likes to mind his own business. He has a friend, played by Vivek, who works as a ward boy in the hospital. Ajith gets to know about the various atrocities that are happening in the hospital from Vivek. This makes his blood boil. He devices a way to put an end to the atrocities.
He joins the hospital staff as a ward boy and takes matters into his own hands. The sequence of events that follow and he inevitable action are the main attractions of the movie.
Asin plays a college student who happens to find out what Ajith is doing while making visits to the hospital.
