Lhogberg is a PhD student in real estate economics, with an interest in sustainable renovation/green buildings and currently looking at real estate owners' incentives to improve energy efficiency when renovating multi-family housing buildings.
During the autumn of 2011 Lhogberg participates in the course Housing and Social Policy at the University of Washington, with a special project including Wikipedia.
