Pondok Indah Mall is a large shopping complex located in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, Indonesia. Popular with expatriates and wealthy locals, the complex was designed to have the appearance and warmth of an American shopping mall. It is widely believed that products are sold above recommended retail prices. The complex comprises of a five-floor shopping mall, 21-screen cinema, four mutli-floor department stores and nearly 400 specialty shops. It was built by Design Development Group (DDG), Inc. of Chicago in 1996 and a major expansion of a cinema, food court, 300 retail destinations, supermarket and 4 department stores was completed in 2004.

Security is a main part of the attraction to the mall for most customers, all vehicles are searched prior to admittance and customers go through metal detectors prior to entering the mall. Furthermore there are between 70 - 90 security guards monitoring the complex at any time, mainly to prevent servants and other low-class Indonesians from entering stores.
