Arab gulf states in Arabic (Arabic: دول الخليج العربي) refer the the following six states Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates which are members of Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf and knowing as GCC countries. Also, there are widely knowing as the Gulf countries. [1]

The GCC is a union of six oil-rich Arab states that aimed at fostering better political and economic ties. These countries share a close similar culture and economic structure. The Gulf Arab states share a regional culture that is commonly referred to as "khaleeji (gulf) culture". They all speak the Gulf Arabic accent and share similar styles of music, and same traditional dress, cuisine. All six states are also hereditary monarchies. Together, the area is home to about 42 million people.
