Fair use rationale for Image:Hair 1979 movie poster.jpg

Image:Hair 1979 movie poster.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Sources

The "Horn" included as a reference is not properly cited. There's no book title! Was it taken from a larger article?

I removed Ruhlmann's (allmusic.com) criticism of the film, which is taken from his review of the soundtrack, because it appears to have been written years later and therefore not indicative of the reaction the film received in its own time.

"Time Out" removal

I deleted the "Time Out" review.

First, Time Out is a bird cage wrapper, one of those advertising distribution schemes rather than any sort of actual publication with credibility. Second, the review is by "AC", which you can verify here :

http://www.timeout.com/london/film/hair-1979

Who the hell is "AC" ? Somebody's mom ? A disgruntled octogenarian ? The secretary of the local John Birch Society ? What are this person's credentials as a movie reviewer ? We don't know and can't tell. As such, this is definitely not a reputable, verifiable source. The co-called "review" is incompetent, irrelevant, and immaterial. As such, I removed it, Your Honor. 210.22.142.82 (talk) 11:11, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
