Navid Faridi نويد فريدى(born July 14, 1977 in Iran) is an Iranian football player, who was a good and effective midfielder. He usually was playing as a midfielder. He has been started his football playing when he was thirteen with the team Payam Tehran F.c. and became champion of the league of the country. The next year he joined Saipa F.c. and continued his professional career there for the two following years in Iran Azadegan football league. he was invited to senior teams when he was so young with the head coach of Saipa team Bijan zolfagharnasab at that year.At the same year he was also invited to Iran youth national team under 19 yeas old. Later he joined Etka Tehran, Bank Tejarat F.C. and with the invitation of Amir Hajrezaei one of the best iranian football managers and ex coach of Bank Tejarat F.C joined Esteghlal Kish F.C and play there for three years in Azadegan league. In 2008 he teamed up with Maharat Semnan football team and a year after he went to Masafi United Arab Emirates team and stayed there for two more years. After he came back to Iran he got the permission to enter F.C. Esteghlal Tehran by the coach of team at that time Amir Ghalenoei but because of injury he was not abale to sign a contract with Esteghlal despite 8 months training with the team. But a lot of published media and press are available about him in Iranian news and newspapers.

He played for the Dubai immigration football team in the Sheykh Rashid Football Cup in 2006 Ramadan. he played as midfielder and showed up effective and passionate.the next year he played in the same tournaments foe Emirates Flight team in 2007 with National team Iranian football playerMehrdad Minavand.
