Dr Warnasena Rasaputra was a Sri Lankan economist and a civil servant. [1]

Education

After graduating from the University of Ceylon with a degree in Economics, Warnasena Rasaputra joined the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the early-1950s. Later he proceeded to University of Wisconsin and acquired a doctorate in the filed of Economics
