Question about wikipedia policy

Hey, I have some questions for you about wikipedia policy. I'm asking you because you helped me out with policy before. I am attempting to make changes to the chiropractic article to bring it to WP:NPV. Because of how far it currently stands away from neutral (in some respects), I'm concerned I'm going to be banned for "promotion" or "SPA". I'm genuinely concerned about the state of the chiropractic page, and more concerned with direction I see one or two specific editors taking it. One editor in particular has a large and demonstrable bias, which they are putting into the page over time. Is there any administrative measure to be taken in that case? Or is there a way to get a third party to weigh in on the page, or something else ? I guess I feel because of this editors power and administrative status that they seem to essentially do whatever they want. In short, I'm worried about retaliation from my edits on that page, and I'm worried about one or two editors truly "ruling" the chiropractic page.Jmg873 (talk) 17:59, 23 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Filter

I've made a change to the filter. Your edit should now work in either place. -- zzuuzz (talk) 23:57, 25 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
