Some resources on the subject of Joan of Arc include:
Regine Pernoud's books. There were many of these published before her death a few years ago. "Joan of Arc By Herself and Her Witnesses" (London: Scarborough House, 1994) and "The Retrial of Joan of Arc; The Evidence at the Trial For Her Rehabilitation 1450 - 1456" (New York, Harcourt, Brace and Company, 1955) are possibly the best of the English-language books.
The Saint Joan of Arc Center in Albuquerque, N.M. Founder - Virginia Frohlick. This site contains many articles and links on a wide variety of topics, and is regularly expanded with new items.
The Joan of Arc Archive Run by Allen Williamson. Contains many articles, biographies and translations of primary source documents.
The Historical Association for Joan of Arc Studies (aka Historical Academy for Joan of Arc Studies). President Robert Wirth, Founder Allen Williamson. The site isn't very large yet, but contains some articles and other information. About the Organization. Publications. Journal.
Joan of Arc Primary Sources Series Described as an ongoing monographic series of books, articles etc, available both online and in print. The stated purpose is to provide researchers with selections of the original documents - transcriptions, translations, or reproductions of the original manuscripts.
"Joan of Arc and the God of the Bible" by Chris Snidow. Recommended by Marie Veronique-Clin (co-director of the Centre Jeanne d'Arc at Orleans, France) and Virginia Frohlick (Saint Joan of Arc Center).
"Joan of Arc: The Early Debate" by Deborah Fraioli. (London: Boydell Press, 2002) This book covers the differing views on Joan among the clergy during her own lifetime - with the viewpoints being split along factional lines.
"Joan of Arc: A Military Leader" by Kelly Devries. (Gloucestershire: Sutton Publishing, 1999) A fairly brief book focusing on her military campaigns, an oft-overlooked subject since so many books focus instead on her trial instead. It received mixed reviews, but is pretty accurate.
"Joan of Arc: The Warrior Saint" by Stephen Richey. (Westport, CT: Praeger, 2003) Another book focusing on her military campaigns, written from the perspective of a modern military officer. This one generally received better reviews, largely due to the perception that an army veteran would bring a more authoritative perspective to the subject.
Patron Saints Index. Catholic-forum's entry for this saint. Brief illustrated profile including the famous war bonds poster, brief biographic outline, links, and prayers.
Article: "Primary Sources and Context Concerning Joan of Arc's Male Clothing" by Allen Williamson. Covers the issue of necessity concerning her decision to retain male clothing - two layers of hosen laced to the tunic with twenty cords - as a defense against rape at the hands of her guards. Also contains excerpts or summaries of the theological analyses provided by clergy at the appeal of her case, and other supportive clerical writings.
Article: "Royal Financial Records Concerning Payments for Twenty-Seven Contingents in the Portion of Joan of Arc's Army Which Arrived At Orléans on 4 May 1429" by Allen Williamson and Margaret Walsh. Includes an entry in the Royal accounts concerning some of the units in the part of her army which had to make a detour back to Blois before marching to Orleans.
Catholic Online page Part of a large searchable database of Catholic saints' biographies, images, prayers, and so on.
Lengthy Biography A long online biography by Allen Williamson. Footnoted and illustrated, divided into sections on each stage of her life. Includes some background material on the war and other events of the era.
Chapel at Marquette University Includes the history of a chapel named after her, a photo gallery, and other information about this landmark on Marquette University campus.
Joan of Arc in the First World War A site which focuses on the interest in her during World War I, especially by soldiers deployed in France. Includes images of soldiers making pilgrimmages to her native village, posters of her which were used to promote the war effort, and the like.
Coat of Arms A detailed essay on the coat of arms granted to her family in 1429, written by Francois Velde. Illustrated and referenced. Includes text of the grant of nobility in 1429 and excerpts from other documents.
Procès de la Condamnation et de Réhabilitation de Jeanne d'Arc, dite la Pucelle Jules Quicherat's five volumes on the source docs, published from 1841 to 1849. This is still used as a standard work by serious researchers. Includes the transcript of the Condemnation Trial; the transcript of the Rehabilitation Trial (or a good portion of it); "The Journal of the Siege of Orleans", Pisan's "Ditie de Jehanne Darc", letters, and so forth.
