Duncan or Jones

Minister of State for Europe indicates David Jones is now Minister of State for Europe under the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union rather than the foreign office as in the past. However other here it indicates Sir Alan Duncan Minister of State at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office holds the position. Other articles suggest Duncan's role does include Europe. Given this I am not clear if the template is wrong, the article is wrong, or the job has been split between the two. Dunarc (talk) 19:45, 10 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
