Rationalisation of the Wikipedia pages for NAFEMS

I am looking at developing Wikipedia page(s) for the NAFEMS organisation to enable more engineers to find out about this valuable not-for-profit organisation. There is currently a page in french with the name NAFEMS. I would like some assistance to rationalise the way in which NAFEMS portrays itself through Wikipedia. The organisation, which begun in the UK, is now an international organisation with regional groups. It would seem, therefore, more rational to have a parent page NAFEMS in english which links to regional pages in the appropriate language. I am looking for advice on how this might be achieved given that there is already a french page referring to the complete organisation. Many thanks for any help with this.
