Comments

Just some general comments to help boost the rating of what appears to be an excellent article.

  • Add some book/scholorly papers or books
  • Inline citations will make this article golden for GA or FA status

Besides those, this article looks damn good. --Laserbeamcrossfire 08:16, 22 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment

Topics like this really do require exhaustive citation of source material. Kirill Lokshin 15:13, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

(Once those are added in large quantities, incidentally, I would recommend a peer review of the article to obtain more detailed feedback.) Kirill Lokshin 15:15, 11 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment above B-class needs to be done through one of the three formal review processes: either the in-project A-class review, or the wikipedia-wide GA and FA reviews. Carom 16:29, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Kudos

My admiration to R M Gillespie's efforts here to cover a complex topic. It seems to be excellently researched and documented.

A-class

Although this article just failed an A-class review, it is vastly improved, and I would suggest nominating it again in short order (there is no restriction on good-faith renominations). Carom 00:41, 26 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
