Donald 'Dee' Margo is an American politician from the state of Texas. Saturday, June 10, 2017 Donald Margo became the mayor-elect of El Paso, Texas, after winning the runoff election for El Paso mayoral election against running mat David Saucedo. [1][2]. Succeeding Oscar Leeser. Margo served a term in the Texas House of Representatives, representing 78th district, covering parts of El Paso County, defeating Joe Moody, as a Republican. Moody defeated Margo in a rematch in 2012. [3]
