I don't see any evidence of good intentions from a supposedly experienced editor who persists in re-introducing material he should be helping to remove and then belatedly creates a talkpage section to pretend he's seeking consensus via discussion. To be clear about this, this was only addressing this.

The "lone wolf" terrorist is real indeed, but so is the wolf who decides by himself to terrorize society as simple punishment. The closest things we have to apparent motives for Masood and Abedi strongly suggest they were upset by how things had already gone, rather than concerned with the way things should go forward. Omar Mateen from Orlando, while enraged by a similar thing, is clearly a terrorist for making public demands that his government change that thing and insisting more violence will follow if it does not.
