The Government of Tamil Nadu once blocked the website in Tamil Nadu, but the site administrators created a new website with high traffic to evade the block. The Tamil Rockers team does not reveal itself to anyone and works anonymously. Nearly every Indian film and all Tamil films are uploaded on the Tamil Rockers website. TamilRockers even declared a war against Tamil Nadu government.[1] The highest grossing Indian film Baahubali 2: The Conclusion was streamed online on Tamil Rockers just hours after its release on 28th April.[2][3] Some members of this network were arrested in December 2016.[4].It is still working with lot of websites as it is blocked by Department of Telecommunication,India.
