Susan Frederick-Gray

The Rev. Susan Frederick-Gray is President of the Unitarian Universalist Association. She was elected by the Unitarian Universalist General Assembly on June 24, 2017.[1] She was the first woman to be elected president of the association.[2]

Education and Career

Frederick-Gray graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1997 and received a Master of Divinity in 2001 from Harvard Divinity School.[3] She served as minister of the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Youngstown, Ohio, and of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Phoenix[4][5] before her election as UUA President. She was nominated by petition to run for president in 2016.[6]
