Sophie Hulme is a British accessories designer who studied Fashion Design at Kingston University.[1] Sophie Hulme graduated in 2007, and won awards for both student and collection of the year.[2] The designer launched her own label in 2011.[3] Sophie Hulme's studio is in Islington, North London.[4]

The designer was awarded a British Fashion Award - Emerging Talent, Accessories - in 2012.[5] She received the Elle/BFC Talent Launchpad in 2011.[6] In 2013 Sophie Hulme collaborated with Globetrotter in a collection of trunks.[7] In 2015 Samantha Cameron gifted a Sophie Hulme bag to the Chinese First Lady Peng Liyuan.[8] The same year, the designer launched an eCommerce website.[9] In 2016 Sophie Hulme launched a collection of eveningwear and occasion bags, inspired by her own wedding.[10] In 2017 Sophie Hulme was nominated for the Vogue Fashion Fund Award.[11] Sophie Hulme collections are stocked in 200 locations and 30 countries.[12]
