Introduction wiki Pra-ram-long-song is a Thai food that comes from Chaozhou province called Jung-ung-luk or Satae. Pra-ram-long-song consists of boils pork, boils water spinach, and rice serves with peanut sauce. Nowadays it is rarely to be found in Thailand. History Pra-ram-long-song was first made by the Chinese guy in Nanjing for eating in their family then it spread to Thailand from the King Krung Thon Buri age. Ingredients Pra-ram-long-song is one dish which consists of rice, boil vegetables, boil meat, peanut sauce, chili paste, and lime. Pra-ram-long-song usually uses green leave vegetables such as water spinach and kale. Meats commonly used in this dish are pork, chicken, fish, and shrimp. Recipe First, we have to prepare the peanut sauce by combining peanut butter in the pot with sugar, soy sauce, water, cooking oil, and garlic then heat up to medium heat, and occasionally keep stirring. After the peanut butter starts bubbling, reduce heat to low level. After the peanut butter and sugar have melted completely, slowly add coconut milk and keep stirring until your sauce becomes caramel colored. Next, we have to prepare the vegetables and meat. Vegetables use steam cooking for spinach or kale. Meats use steam cooking similar to the vegetables but try removed fat before start cooking. ==
