@Bbb23:Hey, Bbb23, I know you have blocked a list of my IP addresses (Actually, I didn't mean to hold so many IPs which is purely the result of dynamic IP) for Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Whoeverer. I admit I did those edits for bad purposes and certainly has cause troubles to Wikipedia and violated certain WP rules. In terms of this account's relations with "Whaterss", it is that I had unfortunately forgotten the password of "Whaterss" and thus created another account. 'Whaterss" hasn't been active for a long time after all. Would you mind giving me a chance to enable me to start to contribute to Wikipedia for good purposes from now on? Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to User talk:123.161.170.23 while logged out. Making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting.
