Nightingale College, located in Salt Lake City, UT, is solely dedicated to educating registered nurses. The College is a proprietary post-secondary institution and offers three education programs, the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Program, the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BDN) Program and the RN-to-BSN Program. The college has satellite locations throughout the western United States.

History

Nightingale College was formed in 2010. In April 2011, the College began offering the ADN Program. In December 2012 the College was acquired by Nightingale College, LLC, a private Delaware limited liability company that was formed by Palm Ventures, LLC, a private-equity firm with a long, successful history of investing into private post-secondary education institutions.

Accreditation

The school holds institutional accreditation by Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES),[1] and approved by the Utah State Board of Nursing.[2] Nightingale College’s Associate Degree Nursing Program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing,[3] Inc (ACEN), formerly National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission, Inc. (NLNAC). Nightingale College's BDN and RN-to-BSN programs are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education[4] (CCNE).
