Information icon Hello, I'm FlightTime Phone. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Led Zeppelin II, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. - FlightTime Phone (open channel) 22:46, 13 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Led Zeppelin II, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. - FlightTime Phone (open channel) 22:50, 13 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to The Doughnut in Granny's Greenhouse. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. - FlightTime Phone (open channel) 22:55, 13 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I've noticed you linking instruments in some Beatles song articles, but FYI common terms (vocal, lead guitar, drums, etc) should not be linked under Personnel. Please see MOS:ALBUM#Personnel. Thanks, JG66 (talk) 02:17, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, have you got any proof that this album was ever released in a two-sided format? I can't finy, but I can find several sources (e.g. AllMusic) saying that it was single-sided. Graham87 02:32, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Weeeeeell, there's this, I guess ... Graham87 02:36, 16 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Davey Johnstone's instruments

[edit]

Hello, did you see my message about it here? (If you got an account, it'd be easier to converse with you). Categories for things like instruments are for describing the main characteristics of a person, not for describing something they've occasionally done. Graham87 12:27, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Also see the guideline about definingness in categorization of people. Graham87 13:49, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Tangential categories

[edit]

Please stop adding tangential categories, especially percussion categories added to drummer biographies. The guideline at WP:CATDEF describes how categories added to a topic must be a defining feature of that topic. Binksternet (talk) 15:57, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by inserting unpublished information or your personal analysis into an article, as you did at Custard Pie. Binksternet (talk) 07:17, 5 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please understand, I could hear what sounded like maracas, hence that I inserted it into the article with a citation needed template.61.69.217.3 (talk) 07:28, 5 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia, as you did at What Is and What Should Never Be. - FlightTime (open channel) 20:45, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I found a reliable source for the gong on "What is and What Should Never Be".61.69.217.3 (talk) 20:51, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for persistently adding content to articles without any sources, or only with unreliable sources such as YouTube, including in numerous cases content which by your own account is based on your own speculation. I also note that while adding such unsourced content yourself you have also removed content added by other editors with lack of sources given as your reason. For the present the block is for just two days, in the hope that it will prompt you to start taking what other editors tell you seriously, and change your ways, so that it won't be necessary for you to be blocked from editing for a longer period. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 16:09, 17 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I think you may have sent this to me by mistake, because I only use YouTube as a source when it's necessary, like in interviews where they say a thing and I use it as a source for quotes or anecdotes. I also use books, news articles or other websites as sources, but again I don't publish false information on Wikipedia. I would be grateful if you would please stop making baseless speculation about my motives, because I have no malicious intent by any means.61.69.217.3 (talk) 23:07, 17 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Erm, where has anybody said anything about your motives? I see only statements about your actions, but maybe I haven't looked in the right place. 79.123.74.9 (talk) 17:46, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The fact that I am getting accused of things I never did, such as using unreliable sources or vandalizing pages when I never did anything of the sort. If I type in something or add content, I usually find a source to verify it.61.69.217.3 (talk) 21:47, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Jody Linscott

[edit]

I believe you should be blocked for not listening to the views of the Wikipedia community, and have done so. Graham87 02:56, 21 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This was not a disruptive edit - all I added was the percussion instruments that Jody has been known to play and please don't revert my edits to the article on Terry Kath, because he was a singer-songwriter, lead guitarist and rhythm guitarist, so you may have sent me this by mistake.61.69.217.3 (talk) 03:06, 21 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
