Easily creates interwiki links to Wiktionary for Scots-language terms. For instance, to link to a definition of the Scots word {{Lang|sco|beuk}} (book), use <nowiki>{{wiktsco|beuk}}</nowiki>. Also inserts <nowiki>{{lang|sco|...}}</nowiki>wrapper around text to mark article as having Scots-language text in it.
