Prakruti Mishra is an Odia actress, who appears in Odia Film Industry. She also loves to sing and she is also a former singer in Odisha. She also got the special mention jury best actress 65th National award “ for her odia film “hello arsi “ .
Early life and background
Prakruti is the second child of Odia music director Manmath Mishra and News reader Krushnapriya Mishra . She completed her schooling at Venkateswar English Medium School Bhubaneswar in 2011, followed by studying commerce at Rama Devi Women's College, Bhubaneswar. Now, she studies B.A. at Bhavan's College. She also learned Odissi dance from Guru Gangadhar Pradhan.[1]
Career
She made her debut as a child actor at the age of 5. Odia people knew her after she appeared in an Odia serial Tulasi in ETV Odia as a character named 'Smruti'. She was working for RACE (Research For Adult And Child Education, Odisha). Prakruti made her film debut in Sabata Maa in the year 2003 as a child artist.[2] she has done more than 10 films as a child actor then she did her main lead debut in the year 2012 in the film named THUKOOL , then she did 10 films as a main lead actress nd bagged all the awards of being the best actress in 2013,2014 . she is the heartthrobe of all odiya s . she was crowned as miss odisha in the year 2012 . she has also completed her courses of odishi dance from the internationally aclaimed academy " odisha dance academy " founded by shree gangadhar pradhan .
In 2006, she won the Orissa State Film Awards for Best Child Artiste for the Sashu Ghara Chalijibi.[1]
She participated in the Reality show India's Best Cinestars Ki Khoj of Zee TV in July 2014 and selected for the top 6 list. she has done a festival song in the bollywood film named 'Kaun Kitne Pani Main' starring kunal kapoor nd radhika apte ,directed by Nilamadhav Panda .
