There is no reference or link to the Nuclear Accident Magnitude Scale. The only references provided are an opinion piece (which appears to have received a lot of criticism and little support in the open commentary below), and non-peer-reviewed study that was self-archived and not subsequently published in a scientific journal.

I have failed to find a reliable source for this topic. Perhaps the page should be closed as it seems to advertise a one-man's opinion rather than "a new scale to measure nuclear accidents".
