Bavarian Tarock
Appearance
Bavarian Tarock (Template:Lang-de) or Haferltarock is a card game which is played in Bavaria and several regions of Austria as well as variants in Berlin. Despite the name, it is not a card game of the Tarock family – it is played with a German deck and is more related to Sechsundsechzig. That said, several elements of the genuine Tarock games have been incorporated, as in the game of Schafkopf. Very similar card games include Tapp, played in Württemberg, and Brixentaler Bauerntarock.
