Sadeq Mohammad Khan IV

Sadiq Muhammad Khan IV (Urdu: صادق محمد خان چارہم) was the ninth Nawab of Bahawalpur who ruled the Bahawalpur State from 1879 to 1899 under the supervision of British Raj.[1]

He died in 1899 and succeeded by his eldest son Bahawal Khan V.
Biography
He was born in house of Bahawal Khan IV. He became Nawab on 25 March 1866 after death of his father. Due to his teenage he reigned under a Council of Regency headed by his mother. He was invested with full ruling powers at Derawar Fort on 28th November 1879. During his governance, he ordered for construction of many buildings in Bahawalpur including Daulat Khana,[3] Sadiq Garh Palace,[4] Noor Mahal[5] and Gulzar Mahal.[6]
