Kirk Academy is a K-12 Christian school in Grenada, Mississippi. It is part of the Mississippi Association of Independent Schools (MAIS) and is located at 2622 Carrollton Road.

According to the school's website, it was founded in 1966 amd named for W.H. Kirk who donated thirty acres of land for the school. It expanded to a 65 acre campus that includes a preschool and elementary building, high school building, the A.R. Smithers Library, a gymnasium, two practice football fields, a football stadium, softball complex, baseball complex, soccer complex and an outdoor classroom with nature trail.

Sports

The Raiderettes were Mississippi-Louisiana state champions in 1976.[1] In 2018 the Rebels were again AAA MAIS champions with coach Amy Denley.[2] In 2018, the Clarion Ledger named Morgan Claire Rose of Kirk Academy player of the year in high school girls' cross county. She won five different races and had the fastest 5K time of any female runner in the state, 17:50.41. [3] As a freshman she set two meet records. Her father is a triathlete [4] She won several state championships and in 2017 she committed to Ole Miss.[5]

Randy Poss was headmaster for five years until April 2018.[6]
