The player, in the role of Lewis, who is exhibiting withdrawal from a drug, must manipulate the fantasy narrative that Lewis is daydreaming (as shown to the left) with one control scheme, while at the same time, move fish that appear atop this from the left to the right to a slicer so that they are decapitated, using a different set of controls.
